The old building with the house number 14A, built in 1928, captivates with its facade in pleasant brown tones set off with clinker bricks. Through the well-kept staircase you can reach not only the practical basement and the apartments extending up to the third floor, but also the green courtyard of the building complex. This is laid out in a park-like manner, can boast numerous trees and lush meadow areas and, thanks to comfortable benches, invites you to linger in the open air. From here, the view opens up to the rear facade, which was renovated in 2018 and has since shone in new splendor. The roof of the apartment building was also completely re-roofed in 2021.
