The building

The barn is part of an ensemble monument, parts of which were probably built as early as the 18th century, and is grouped around a beautiful rural courtyard framed with old trees. The residential ensemble forms a spatially as well as architecturally very vivid interaction. For purchase is the apartment at Richardplatz 3e on the 1st floor, as well as attic.
