The Building

Straightforward aesthetics and restrained color schemes: Built in 1958, the old building at number 42 blends harmoniously into the street scene and impresses with its architectural understatement. The facade on the courtyard side was recently given a new coat of paint. The same applies to the staircase, which has a new wall design in white as well as new lamps, mailboxes and bell systems. Around the popular Kiez you are well provided for. Along the highly frequented shopping miles you will find everything that the fashion-savvy heart desires.
