The Building

With its richly decorated clinker brick façade, the old building at Wiederitzscher Straße 25, which was built in 1905, fits perfectly into the Wilhelminian style so typical of Leipzig and impresses with its well-kept overall impression throughout. This is also continued in the expertly renovated staircase. All staircases and landings were recently refurbished, and walls and ceilings were redesigned in terms of color - all in fine coordination with the monument protection authorities.
