With its richly decorated clinker brick façade, the old building at Wiederitzscher Strasse 25, built in 1905, fits in perfectly with the typical Leipzig Wilhelminian style and impresses with its well-kept overall impression. This is also reflected in the expertly renovated staircase. All the stairs and landings were recently refurbished and the walls and ceilings were given a new color scheme - all in fine coordination with the listed building authorities.
