No matter which direction you come from, the Gründerzeit façade at Luisenstrasse 45 is an eye-catcher. The six-storey ensemble of front building, garden house and side wing was built in the 1980s and offers attractive condominiums and commercial space. The listed buildings were carefully and lavishly modernised a few years ago and two attic storeys were added to the front building. In the course of the revitalisation, the two inner courtyards were created as decorative courtyards. In 2021, the staircases will shine in new splendour: flooring, railings, doorbells, letterboxes and lighting will convey a representative, high-quality ambience. Two lifts provide barrier-free access to the individual floors.
Right in the middle of the middle! The vibrant area around Luisenstrasse is one of the most exciting and liveable places in Berlin. With a long and varied history, the district has long been a bridge between the present and the future. In the immediate vicinity of COR MITTE is the control centre of German politics, the government district with its architectural landmarks, the Reichstag and the Chancellery. Many offices and practices attract a walk-in crowd from all over the city. Only a few steps away from COR MITTE is the Charité University Hospital, which enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide. The leisure value is not neglected either. Walks along the picturesque banks of the Spree and laps around the Tiergarten will be part of your new everyday life, in a prime location that is second to none.
