There are also a huge variety of cultural pursuits; Frankfurt (Oder) is home to the Brandenburg State Orchestra, the ‘Art an der Grenze’ festival, several theatres, and a thriving nightlife thanks to the thousands of students enrolled at Viadrina European University. If that isn’t enough variety for you, Berlin is only 80km away, with Frankfurt’s central train station a 10-minute walk from the property, not to mention Poland, and the city of Słubice, practically on your doorstep.
