About the building

The ornamental building BEAUX, built in 1900/01, is not without reason under monument protection and captivates with impressive old building elements in the interior and exterior. Thanks to comprehensive renovation, BEAUX more than meets today's demands for comfort and aesthetics. Refurbished floors and windows, new electrics and bathrooms as well as everyday-friendly extras in the form of doorbell systems with video function skilfully bring the historic building into the here and now. The courtyard will receive a small playground, covered bicycle parking, and a new trash enclosure. A wide range of floor plans and uses makes BEAUX attractive for different target groups. On the first floor there are three commercial units, ranging in size from 86 to 134 square meters, which have been successfully leased. A total of 32 apartments of various sizes and floor plan types are distributed over the first floor and the first to fourth floors. In the basement, practical basement rooms take care of all the things that should not be stored in the apartments themselves. Three elevators provide comfortable transportation from the first floor to the newly converted roof. There, three attic shells measuring between 159 and 223 square meters leave plenty of scope for individual design ideas.
