The Building

With its freshly-painted, bright blue façade, the house at Ufnaustrasse 6 is a real eye-catcher. As you move inside, the classic art deco elements mingle with newer design pieces to create a stunning aesthetic. Here and there, traces of earlier wall and stair decoration peek through, while the original doorways, wooden banister and stucco decoration shine like new. To the rear of the building, a luscious green area and two courtyards have been extensively renovated.
