The Building

In total, there will be four buildings with 48 modern 1- to 4-bedroom apartments. In addition to office space, the modern new-build on Hindenburgdamm will have two spacious apartments. The new Königsberger building on Königsberger Straße will offer office space as well as two retail areas to serve the neighbourhood. And, in the new-build at Ufer 34, apartments will be built on the ground floor with private gardens, directly on the waterfront promenade. For cars, a large private garage area will be available.

The Apartment

This original maisonette is spread over 2 floors of an old, listed post office. On the entrance floor is the living area with open kitchen and balcony - for the best views of the beautiful courtyard. The elegant bathroom with shower is entered from the small hallway. A staircase leads to the second level. Here you will find the bedroom. The Location

Located in the west of the city, Lichterfelde is an established yet growing district, typical of Berlin today. There is excellent infrastructure with easy access to the city highway and public transport with buses and the S and U-Bahns. There are even two bus stops situated right outside Am Postufer. And best of all: you’re not only on ‘Ku‘damm’ in 17 minutes, but swiftly into any Berlin area. How about a visit to Schlachtensee? Or a trip to Wannsee or Potsdam? It’s a breeze. The range of restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities is impressive - for example, on Schlossstraße you’ll find the popular “Das Schloss” shopping centre. There are countless kindergartens, schools, and clubs. The tennis club Grün-Weiss Berlin is practically on your doorstep. In addition, there are numerous markets and green spaces, the Botanical Garden, important museums, and the Free University of Berlin, a well-known location for science and education.
