The Building

While the Westfälisches Viertel is bustling with activity, Elberfelder Strasse 30 is a somewhat quieter address. The Altbau, built around 1900, consists of a front building and a side wing and welcomes residents and visitors with its well-kept facade in soft beige and an impressive staircase.
