A jewelry building with turrets opens its doors: Step inside and discover freshly renovated apartments in old buildings that skilfully combine the aesthetics of the Gründerzeit with modern comfort.
A decorative turret, playful window roofing and detailed ornaments: Built in 1900, the old building at number 27 bears witness to the high architectural art of the Wilhelminian period - and thus blends in perfectly with the ornate surroundings of Wiederitzscher Straße. The cream-colored facade was given a new coat of paint on both the street and courtyard sides. The inviting staircase also impresses with its colorful redesign and refurbished stairs and landings. From here, one can access the basement, ground floor, three standard floors and the attic. While the basement and first floor are used by a commercial unit with a restaurant, the attic contains practical storage rooms for the total of nine residential units. The apartment sizes range between 1.5 and 3 rooms or 42 and 76 square meters and thus offer singles as well as couples and small families a comfortable home. Each of the apartments has been professionally renovated. In the course of this, they received new entrance doors, switch programs, parquet flooring, tiles and sanitary objects. Suspended luminous ceilings including atmospheric downlights also provide an illuminating cosiness in the corridors of the exterior apartments. The corridors of the middle apartments have a spacious built-in wardrobe instead. Thanks to the building's own turret, the latter also feature a beautiful bay window room with a view of the surrounding streets lined with old buildings. Six of the nine residential units also have a balcony with a view of the quiet inner courtyard.
