The Building

No wonder that the old building at Eilenburger Str. 36, built in 1908, is a listed building. Its detailed window roofing and ornaments bear witness to the high architectural art of the Wilhelminian period and fit in excellently with the surrounding old building ambience. Not only the street and courtyard facades were recently repainted, but also the staircase and the historic entrance doors were redesigned. Nevertheless, future residents will not have to do without today's living comforts.
