At the same time, digitised process control makes it possible to tailor our services even more closely to the needs of the customer.

Kyrill leads EverEstate as CEO and is helping to drive the digital revolution of the real estate industry. As CIO of ZIEGERT, he is responsible for cooperation with investors and banks in the identification, financing and structuring of real estate investments as well as investment management. Prior to this, he was CFO of the Finance & Administration division of the ZIEGERT Group for 3½ years.
In the past Kyrill worked as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group for 6 years, advising multinationals, DAX companies and banks on strategy, transformation and corporate development projects. Prior to ZIEGERT, Kyrill was CFO of the technology company Quandoo, which was sold to Recruit Holdings for €200 million two years after its founding. Kyrill holds an MBA With Distinction from London Business School/University of Chicago and a Masters in Economics from Humboldt University Berlin.
Sebastian first began programming at the age of 12, and has been interested in the expanding digital side of business ever since. He co-founded a platform for booking fitness coaches, operating as CTO, and worked as product consultant at Zalando for 2 years, leading 3 product teams. He studied Business at Humboldt University in Berlin, writing his thesis on Real Estate Investments, making him perfectly placed to develop EverEstate’s online platform.
Nanette launched EverEstate’s first online platform, and is responsible for business processes and operations. She has considerable experience in these fields, having worked for more than 5 years in Project Management at the Boston Consulting Group, and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Newcastle Business School and an MBA dual award degree from Berlin School of Economics and Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge. She has been working in real estate at ZIEGERT Immobilien, restructuring business fundamentals for the digital transformation of the industry.
Kateryna previously worked at FinTech hub FinLeap, developing and supporting the digitisation of financial services and product for the German market. Prior to this, she worked for ecommerce startup and operational VC fund Project A, consulting companies on their performance marketing strategies. This experience makes her ideally suited for her role as Head of Online Marketing, leading the online marketing and content strategy, organisation and processes at EverEstate.
In the last 30 years, Nikolaus Ziegert has established his company as the leading real estate consultancy in Berlin. The ZIEGERT Group service portfolio today offers a wide range of services aside from distribution, including interior and financial consultation. He advises the EverEstate board on all real estate matters, leveraging his considerable experience to help them develop their online platform.
