An MBA with distinction from London Business School and the University of Chicago, six years as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, CFO of the technology company Quandoo and later of Ziegert Bank- und Immobilienconsulting GmbH... Kyrill’s career is as varied as it is impressive. A passionate classical concert-goer, and CEO of the ZIEGERT Group in the areas of Digital Ventures and Investment & Development, he is today the central driving force behind EverEstate's development in the real estate market and is decisively pushing ahead with its digitalisation.
As COO, Mark oversees Operations and Marketing. His focus is on business development, end-to-end process management and business intelligence. Prior to EverEstate, Mark gained relevant experience in e-commerce, FinTech and InsuranceTech companies, where he built departments from scratch. A successful Ironman participant and CrossFit enthusiast, what is particularly important to Mark in his daily work? A harmonious team and the perfect mix of responsibility and creative freedom.
After relevant project management experience at Boston Consulting Group and ZIEGERT, Nanette is now responsible for the production processes of EverEstate real estate projects as Head of Operations - from planning to sales. She has been in charge of the project from the very beginning and has actively helped to shape EverEstate. In her free time, the enthusiastic athlete enjoys clearing her head while kite surfing or playing beach volleyball.
Franko has been demonstrating his good instincts for the real estate industry since 2011. Prior to EverEstate, he worked in sales for more than 20 years, working with well-known Berlin property developers. Good service, a smooth customer journey and a love for the product are top priorities for the self-made man, who celebrated international success with specially developed and patented products before the age of 26. His motto? "Just do it". And that is exactly what he is currently implementing: the lover of Turkish telenovelas is learning Turkish because he wants to understand more than subtitles can convey.
From offline to online, from SEO to branding, from blog post to exposé: Kateryna leads the ever-growing marketing team and skilfully applies the knowledge she gained at FinLeap and Project A. Her thirst for knowledge and her love of experimenting are not limited to her professional career, but also manifest themselves in her private life. The Berliner-by-choice has already visited 43 different countries and dreams of a future in Provence - surrounded by lavender fields and good wine.
